David serves on the board of directors for WeCodeKC, a 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to building a pipeline of tech-ready professionals from our urban core.
The principal author of the open-source Journey-Driven Development methodology, David is an avid programmer. In the 1990s, he helped a boutique artificial intelligence firm survive an AI winter. An advocate for modern AI and automation, he believes technology is most interesting and relevant when it helps people connect and collaborate.

Luis Fernando is an economist focused on brand strategy, who began the first decade of his career in the stock market and investment market; this has allowed him to integrate econometrics with the world of brand strategy and communications.
Today he works alongside the CEO of VML LATAM and other regional leaders on strategies for international brands such as Coca-Cola, Ford, Colgate, Amazon, and Movistar; as well as leading international teams oriented towards the acquisition of new businesses for the region.
In addition to the above, Luis Fernando also to leads the BX (Brand Experience) practice for the region, including the development and management of new tools and strategic brand frameworks, that make brands not only communication asset but also financial.

Lincy González Rojas, a systems engineer with over 17 years of experience in software development, has collaborated with international brands such as General Motors, Yahoo, Heineken, Merck, Sephora and more, including serving as Product Manager at Televisora de Costa Rica. Currently, as Lead Consultant, she brings her experience to Artificial Intelligence technology projects.
In the educational field, Lincy has worked for the Universidad Nacional since 2011 and has collaborated with LinkedIn Learning since 2019, the largest educational platform in the world.
Since 2021, she also began working as a teacher in the Data Science Engineering program at Lead University, and since April 2023 she has been director of this program.
In addition to her commitment to continuous improvement, Lincy holds a Master's degree in Information Systems Auditing and is pursuing a Diploma in Global Leadership and a master's degree in Executive Consulting & Coaching. In her free time, she engages in women's empowerment activities and contributes to open source communities.

JOHNNY

Founder of Blue AEC Studio. He graduated in Architecture from the Universidad de las Ciencias y el Arte Costa Rica and received professional training in Interior Design at The Inchbald School of Design in London. In addition, he is certified in the AGC's (Associated General Contractors of America) CM BIM continuing education program.
With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Johnny is an experienced BIM Project Manager and UX Architect. His expertise lies in implementing technology, communication systems, and BIM methodologies for projects in the AEC sector in Central America and the United States. His extensive career includes technical planning, design, and development of vertical projects, commercial buildings, and large-scale industrial projects, both locally and internationally.
Since 2010, Johnny has led various design and technology initiatives from Panama, participating in iconic projects such as the expansion of Tocumen Airport, The City of Arts, and the expansion of the Panama Canal, where he served as BIM Technical Director for the building area, among others. At Blue AEC Studio, Johnny has focused on establishing BIM (Building Information Modeling) methodology as a standard of work in the construction industry, making Blue the first BIM studio in Costa Rica, Panama, and Central America. Furthermore, he acts as a consultant for firms and software houses like Autodesk in Central America. Since 2017, he has worked on BIM research projects for international organizations, involved in the group that led the first BIM Latam survey, developed with an investment from the IDB and the FIIC to measure the state of BIM in Latin America.
Johnny is a founding member of BIM Forum Panama, led by CAPAC, and a founding partner and director of Talent HUB Academy, a Central American academy focused on teaching and professional updating in BIM and LEAN methodologies. Between 2018 and 2021, he was Executive Director of the School of Architecture and Interior Design at the Universidad Creativa of Costa Rica and is currently a member of the INTECO Committee for the development of the BIM Standard Costa Rica.

Senior Manager of Data Strategy and Artificial Intelligence at TradeStation, with over 20 years of experience in Finance and Technology.
His expertise focuses on business analysis, user experience design, systems architecture, data processing-oriented programming, SQL and NoSQL databases, statistical learning systems, and machine learning.
Also, he has experience in the development and implementation of corporate policies and data governance systems, as well as data integration at lakehouse using Databricks and Apache Spark. Recently, he has expanded his skills in the design and development of generative AI applications, including prompt engineering, vector databases and rag, and cloud infrastructure in Azure and AWS.
Moreover he has assisted as an advisor to boards of directors, advising them on issues related to AI and data strategy.
